Also, had the luxury on working on Katy Perry newest music video "California Gurls" as a Character Rigger. I worked on the Gummy bear, snake, and Ginger Bread Man making rigging and weighting adjustments. Click on the image to view the streaming video

Deformer base plug-in written in Python that will deform a mesh using a 2D texture that includes image sequences. The deformation is based off the vert normals. Click on the image to view detailed description and the streaming video. (new window)

meljunky is now available for international travel outside the US for employment and/or freelance. I applied for my US Passport at SIGGRAPH 2010 in Los Angeles and it only took 2 1/2 weeks to arrive. Use the contact page to discuss any possibilites.

The TV commercial I worked on is now available to be viewed online. Once I get a digital copy of the piece I will update my demo reel.

I was 1 of 3 Character Riggers on the project for the 15 second commercial and was 1 of 2 riggers for the 30 second spot.

Motion Theory Freelance Character Rigging (cont)

Finished up 2 gigs at Motion Theory in beautiful Venice, California couple weeks ago. The commercial was delivered and it looks fantastic. Will put up a link to the commercial once it has been made available. Worked on a huge cast of characters that included scripting sections of the rig, facial rigging, skinning, and minor pipeline support.
